Yoga, bodywork and private guest stays at Shalom, held in the bushland of Ashby on Yaegl Country.
An invitation to come home to the body.
Shalom is a home and a studio built into the bush hills above Yamba. Women come here to be worked on, to move, and sometimes just to rest for a few days.
Everything is one to one or in small circles. No rush, no crowd.

Classes in the studio, and gatherings for women who want to practise together rather than alone.

Thirty years of remedial practice, alongside holistic pelvic care and support through menopause.

The guest house is yours for a night or a few. Come for a retreat, or come to do nothing at all.
Mez has been a remedial body worker since the mid nineties, teaching and practising in anatomy, bodywork and natural therapies. She landed in the Ashby hills five years ago, built the studio, and named it Shalom.

This work is practised on Yaegl Country. Mez acknowledges the traditional custodians, and honours their past and present connection and wisdom with the land.
