Shalom is a home and a studio built into the bush hills above Yamba. Women come here to be worked on, to move, and sometimes just to rest for a few days.

Everything is one to one or in small circles. No rush, no crowd.

Thirty years of listening to bodies

Mez has been a remedial body worker since the mid nineties, teaching and practising in anatomy, bodywork and natural therapies. She landed in the Ashby hills five years ago, built the studio, and named it Shalom.
